Although plenty of accounting jobs are in the market. It is extremely hard to find jobs for fresh accounting graduates in Australia. According to the survey, accounting roles receive the highest number of applications of any profession with the highest number of suitable applicants per vacancy. Employers mostly prefer experienced but freshers with confidence, knowledge of basic accounting software’s and good preparation before the interview can have a high chance of landing the jobs. We find many graduates have degrees in relevant accounting fields, especially international students but confused in their readiness for job hunting. The main focus of our job ready training is to equip graduates with the practical hands on skills applicable with real accounting tasks through industry experts. We provide all the necessary support throughout the program to ensure graduates are well prepared for finding their dream accounting job here in Australia. Additionally, we provide networking opportunities to graduates with different industry professionals throughout our training period which prepare and connect graduates with job opportunities at least for entry level accounting positions.
